Immediate Value

During our first comprehensive meeting together, you will not only get to know us personally, but we will listen to your goals for the transformation of your home and will answer any and all questions or concerns you have as it relates to interior decor, interior design, and/or a future remodeling project. We will walk through each room of your home sharing with you our design ideas and space planning solutions based on your input. We will also offer to you our recommendation notes and any sketches we made during our meeting, so that you can better visualize your home’s potential.

 

We are confident that by the end of our first meeting together, you will not only have peace of mind regarding your direction, but you will feel excited and ready to move forward to implement your design goals, either on your own or with our help!

 

Flexible Rates

We offer our services with flexible rates, be it a percent of project rate, a fixed fee, an hourly rate, or cost plus, depending on the scope of your project and how you wish to invest in your home. We will be happy to discuss each of these options with you so you can make the most informed decision regarding your investment.

 

Investment Guarantee
 

A well designed home is always a good investment! The value of investing in your interior spaces goes well beyond the monetary investment. Not only does good design increase the worth of your home, but the proper use of space that works for each family member, as well as comfortable furnishings and the use of exciting or soothing colors and accessories can have a tremendously positive physical and psychological effect on all who live in and visit your home. Good quality furniture, rugs and accessories can be moved from home to home and give you years of enjoyment along with an extended return on your investment. Our promise to you is that we will never exceed the investment cap agreed upon at the time of the signed service agreement, without your full approval.

 

The Process
 

From the time of the signed service agreement to the completion of your project, we will keep you informed about the progress every step of the way. Our goal is to complete the project on time or before the agreed upon completion date. If you need to reach us for any reason during the process, we guarantee to return your phone call, email or text within 24 hours, during our normal weekday hours of 9am - 6pm. We can be available on the weekends by appointment.
 

Successful interior design can only be experienced when a whole concept is realized, and we want you to have a WOW experience each time you enter your spaces! Therefore our services include the complete design of at least a single room, a level of your home, or your whole home. We do not consult on individual items such as one piece of furniture or paint color choices only. 

 

Much of the work of an Interior Design or Decorating project is done in the preliminary planning and ordering of furniture, rugs, artwork, lighting and accessories, therefore, there should be a minimal disruption in your home until the day/s of installation. At the time of installation, we will ask that you give us access to your home and are either away for the day/s needed for the installation, or elsewhere in your home for the duration of the day/s, giving us the opportunity to complete the design in each area before you return. The excitement for you is waiting for the reveal and experiencing the WOW! The satisfaction for us is knowing that we accomplished what you were envisioning for your home!
 

If we are working with you on a remodel, we will do our very best to have you spend as little time as possible displaced from any given room. We will ensure that the spaces being remodeled are cleaned up every evening during the construction  phase, and that your surrounding spaces are protected from as much construction debris as possible. Again, our goal is always your complete satisfaction, throughout the process as well as at the completion of your project.

 

Design Services
 

Full Service Interior Decorating
 

We will provide you with custom boutique design services unique to your lifestyle, personal tastes, and color preferences. This can include updating your space/s using what you already have and supplementing with new furniture and exciting new decorative accents and artwork, or giving you a completely new look. We handle all the details from space planning and furnishings purchases, to installation and final touches, all done in a timely manner so that your family and friends can quickly enjoy your new spaces.

We have found that when we agree upon a final overall concept, details and colors ahead of the process, and get approval from you on the major pieces during the process, that the design successfully comes together to meet your needs, both in the way you live as well as for your enjoyment.

We also have access to an abundance of wholesale design vendors not available to the general public. Some of these vendors give varied discounts to designers, and in these cases, we are happy to split our discounts with you! However, there are no savings available on purchases from retail sources.

 

Remodeling Design Service
 

This service provides help with your decisions about whether to simply update, completely remodel, or add to your existing interior space/s. We will provide design services such as floor plan/layout options and elevations, including, but not limited to, kitchen and bath design, basement finishing design, reconfiguration of interior walls, adding/moving interior doors, space planning for furniture, etc. We will also help you choose things such as flooring, paint colors, cabinetry, countertops, tiles, sinks, tubs, plumbing fixtures, lighting, specialty trim work, fireplace surround material, etc. We will then supply to the builder a specification booklet that will include all of the chosen finishes, as well as all finalized drawings so the design space can be built according to your desires.

As an added service, we will come along side the builder, frequently checking on the progress to make sure that the design is being executed according to plan and that the job is moving according to schedule through completion. Again, our goal is is to meet or come under the agreed upon time for completion of the project!

 

Special Occasion/Holiday Decorating
 

This service provides assistance with decorating your space/s for any special occasion. We work with the decorations you already have and supplement as needed, or start from scratch with a complete new look. This includes fireplace mantle design, table design, home entry design, tree design, etc.

 

Staging

​

This service involves organizing your home so it feels more open and inviting, and helping to place your current furniture, artwork and accessories into appealing arrangements in order to help sell your home more quickly.

At the time of service, we may suggest adding some accessories or artwork to add an extra pop of color or texture in order to make your spaces more exciting to potential buyers. We will be happy to acquire and place these items for you if you would like this additional service.
